Mr. Wolkov has more than 15 years of experience in the real estate and financial services industries and joined Madison in May 2006. He most recently served as the firm’s executive vice president, portfolio management, where he oversaw Madison’s investment professionals and developed relationships for the purposes of sourcing new investments and investment partners. During his nearly five years at the firm, Mr. Wolkov has been a member of the leadership team responsible for investing nearly $350 million in capital with an aggregate transaction value of approximately $2.2 billion.

Prior to joining Madison, he served as a director at RBC Daniels, a leading Denver based investment banking boutique, where he was responsible for the sourcing and execution of mergers and acquisitions and private equity placements for clients in a broad range of industries.

Before his tenure at Daniels, Mr. Wolkov was an associate in the Investment Banking Group at Robertson Stephens in San Francisco, where he was responsible for the analysis and execution of mergers and acquisitions and private placements for clients in the real estate and financial services industries. Previously, he was an associate at Cousins Properties in Atlanta, a NYSE-listed real estate investment trust, where he focused on office and medical office property acquisitions and identifying, evaluating and executing corporate acquisitions.

Mr. Wolkov earned a Bachelor of Arts in history from the University of Colorado and an MBA in finance and real estate from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.
