Ms. O’Hare has served as Madison's Chief Operating Officer since 2000 and became a partner with the firm in 2002. Ms. O’Hare’s 21-year background in business management has focused on business operations re-engineering, total quality management, domestic and international sales and marketing management, oversight of information technology, investor relations, and corporate strategy formation.

Prior to joining Madison in September 2000, Ms. O’Hare served as Vice President of Marketing at MessageMedia, an online communications company, leading the firm’s marketing and advertising efforts, strategic alliance development, public relations and investor relations programs. Before that she worked as the National Director of Marketing for Tokheim/MSI, an ISO 9000 registered manufacturer of retail gasoline distribution systems, where she was responsible for building technology partnerships, auditing the firm’s total quality management programs, domestic software marketing and sales channel programs.

Ms. O’Hare also previously served as Director of Marketing at Grant Thornton LLP, the fifth largest international accounting firm, managing the firm’s new business development programs, and as the Western Region Manager for Safeguard Business Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of accounting software and business forms. At Safeguard, Ms. O’Hare managed a network of independent distributors, overseeing sales and marketing strategy as well as distributor operations. She also spent five years in sales and sales management with Pitney Bowes, Inc. and Northwestern Mutual Life.

Ms. O’Hare holds a BS degree in Communications from Southern Oregon University and an MBA degree from Columbus University.
