Many former U.S. Limited Partnership Syndicators have issued non-traded REIT shares, which have similar characteristics to Limited Partnerships. Due to the absence of an efficient trading market, holders of these securities often desire a liquidity option that is not otherwise available to them. By leveraging a unique and highly refined operating platform, we are able to profitably pursue these “below the radar” financial assets with precision and institutional quality.
